Administrative Assistant
Location will be at the corporate office in Braintree.
Qualifications:
Proficient with Excel spreadsheets, strong organizational, communication and computer skills.
Assistant Property Manager
Individual will perform duties which may include but not limited to collections, correspondence with residents, property inspections, administrative functions, etc. Prior property management experience preferred but will train an individual with related experience.
Qualifications:
Strong administrative, organizational, computer, communications and marketing skills needed.
Property Managers
Individual will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the apartment complex by operating the property within established financial guidelines and budget, ensuring the property meets established property standards, maintaining occupancy at reasonable levels, reviewing delinquent accounts and taking required action while responding to resident requests in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
Three plus years experience in property management; knowledge of: Section 8, LIHTC, Federal, State and Local Housing regulations. Good organizational skills, strong financial, marketing, supervisory and resident relations skills, solid budgetary, computer and communications skills. As well as the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing and the ability to take initiative.
Resident Service Coordinator
Social services professional with four year related degree to work with elders and persons with disabilities in affordable housing developments in the Boston area.
Case management and program administration experience required.
Superintendent/Maintenance Technician
Individual will provide general mechanical and maintenance skills to the property. This includes basic plumbing/heating, trash and grounds maintenance.
