 Peabody Properties, Inc. became a Massachusetts Medicaid Waiver provider
in 1995 under the Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) Program. Today,
Peabody Properties is the largest GAFC Program Provider in
Massachusetts. The program creates a safe and comfortable quality of
life for frail, low-income seniors to help them remain living in their
home as long as possible. GAFC provides assistance with activities of
daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) to
eligible residents. Daily services include personal care, housekeeping,
laundry, shopping, meals, transportation coordination, and case
management.
