With our large portfolio of managed properties, Peabody Properties deals with both government and state agencies on a regular basis and has completed numerous ONE STOP applications for projects. Peabody Properties Tax Credit Management Advantage:

  • After converting a property to Tax Credits comes several reporting requirements with all state and federal agencies. Peabody Properties has implemented, as a requirement for its Property Manager, a fully detailed Administrative Procedure Manual Volumes I, II and III used as guides and learning tool.
  • As a service to LIHTC Properties, Peabody Properties has internal controls in place to ensure LIHTC compliance; from Property Manager’s attending monthly Tax Credit training sessions conducted in house as well as Spectrum seminars or other third party organizations.
  • Since Peabody Properties manages several Tax Credit properties, we have a Director of Compliance, and Administration Trainer to make sure all managers are always fully apprised of the tax credit rental limits, IRC code and reporting requirements including tenant recertification.
  • Should any property need additional staff assistance during the annual recertification process, we have experienced staff and trainers ready to assist.
