New units available at LeBaron Hills

Peabody Properties is set to begin sales on the next round of home sites at “The Residences at LeBaron Hills,” and has begun construction on “The Fairways,” its new “sister” rental community.
“We are delighted to expand our current base of constructed homes at “The Residences at LeBaron Hills” to include the next 20 homes to be built,” said Karen Fish-Will, Peabody Properties vice president.

By acting now, she said, homebuyers can purchase any of these cottage homes for $299,000 and move in by the fall. Construction has begun at “The Fairways,” a 55-plus rental community of one-bedroom apartments to be built among the cottage homes at “The Residences.”
The two-story building features a community room overlooking the courtyard with other recreational amenities planned.
