The North Shore Community Development Coalition (NSCDC) portfolio of 269 apartment homes, is spread throughout the areas of Salem and Beverly and include seven communities. The communities are Congress Street Residences, Gloucester Crossing, Harbor Lafayette Homes, New Point Acquisitions, Lafayette Housing, Palmer Cove, and Salem Point II
