Residents of Blue Elm United Estates on Seaver Street in Dorchester, a 285-apartment home community enjoyed holiday festivities with The United Granite Tenants Association of Grove Hall President Lois Lee, Blue Elm Management, and Resident Services Coordinator Nadia Monchery of Peabody Properties, Inc. who distributed holiday gifts and refreshments to the nearly 40 youth residents in attendance.
More than 100 toys were donated by Toys for Tots with additional gifts purchased by Security Service Specialists of Wakefield, the community’s security service provider and Peabody Properties, Inc.
