Joan Lyman Honored for Commitment to Resident Services

Greenland, NH (May 12, 2016) – Greenland resident, Joan Lyman, was recently recognized by the New England Resident Services Coordinators, Inc. (NERSC) for her superior performance in administering and advancing services for residents of rental housing. NERSC is a nonprofit organization providing quality training, professional development and networking opportunities through annual conferences for real estate resident services professionals. Lyman received the NERSC Excellence in Services Award at the 18th annual NERSC Conference, held in Hartford, Connecticut.

Lyman, Regional Resident Services Manager (RRSM) at Peabody Properties, Inc., joined the full-service real estate firm in 1997 as a Resident Services Coordinator and now manages 15 employees throughout 31 properties in Massachusetts. As an RRSM, Lyman works with community agencies, grant partners, residents, property owners and management teams to ensure that residents receive the highest level of supportive services to enhance their quality of life. For the past three years, Lyman has been instrumental in connecting Peabody Properties’ veteran residents with community resources and programs such as the Strongwater Farms Therapeutic Equestrian Center.
