Rogers Hall Apartments Recognized by Congresswoman Niki Tsongas, State Representative Rady Mom and Mayor Edward Kennedy
Lowell, MA (April 13, 2016) – More than 40 residents of Rogers Hall Apartments, a Lowell, Massachusetts-based senior apartment community, recently celebrated the property’s recognition by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) with the 2015 Exemplary Development for the Elderly Community of Quality Award. The 61-unit residence is managed by full-service real estate firm Peabody Properties, Inc. which is widely known for excellence in affordable housing and resident services.
During the celebration, representatives of the Rogers Hall Apartments Board of Directors and members of Peabody Properties senior management team were presented with proclamations on behalf of Lowell Mayor Edward Kennedy, Congresswoman Niki Tsongas and State Representative Rady Mom in recognition of the coveted Community of Quality Award which the property earned for its high-quality programming, management and services.
Each year, NAHMA’s Community of Quality Awards recognizes top national performers in the affordable, multifamily housing community sector. Winners must achieve a high standard of excellence in several areas including physical maintenance, financial management, residential programs and services and employee credentials. Rogers Hall Apartments, the Board of Directors and Peabody Properties’ management team were recognized at NAHMA’s annual Federal Affairs Issues Winter Meeting in Washington, D.C. The four 2015 Community of Quality winners were selected from a group of 50 affordable communities, nationwide.
