Braintree and Swampscott, MA (February 5, 2021) – Peabody Properties, a full-service real estate and property management firm, is now accepting lease applications for The Machon, located at 35 Burpee Road in Swampscott. Applications must be postmarked by February 24 to be considered for the lottery taking place in March 2021. (Applications will still be accepted after this date, but will no longer be considered for the lottery.)
The Machon encompasses 38 one-bedroom units for seniors aged 55 and older and features facilities and amenities to bring residents together, including a community room, library/entertainment room, and fitness center. Additionally, all residents have access to an on-site service coordinator who can connect them to area resources and service providers as well as facilitate social, cultural, and healthy lifestyle activities.
The Machon is being redeveloped by B’nai B’rith Housing, a regional nonprofit housing developer, and will be managed by Peabody Properties.
