Peabody Properties, Inc., announced that Candyce McKoy-Morgan, Property Manager, was sworn in as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Morgan McDonagh, Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) Analyst, was sworn in as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) during the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Boston Metropolitan Chapter Awards Night at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum on November 5th. In addition, Framingham Green Apartments, Framingham, MA was awarded Landscape Contest Distinction (3rd Place in the Suburban $5,000 – Up Category).
