Braintree, MA (June 3, 2019) – Building on the commitment by Governor Charlie Banker and Mayor Marty Walsh to address the Commonwealth’s housing crisis by boosting affordable housing opportunities, full-service real estate and property management firm Peabody Properties is proud to announce being named to the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) 2019 Affordable 100 List for the fifth consecutive year.
The list is comprised of the 100 largest affordable multifamily property management companies in the country, ranked by affordable unit counts, and contributes to the ongoing national dialogue surrounding federal funding and affordable housing. This year Peabody Properties, Inc. ranks #49 on the 2019 register, moving up 10 spots from last year’s list.
