Braintree, MA (October 27, 2016) – The 28th Annual New England Affordable Housing Management Association (NEAHMA) Fall Conference & Expo was recently held at The Lantana in Randolph, MA. In addition to a diverse number of workshops and a swearing-in ceremony for new designees, NEAHMA celebrated its best and brightest, honoring the special achievements of housing management professionals for their contributions to the affordable housing industry. Peabody Properties award recipients included Kristin Pine, National Affordable Housing Executive Professional of the Year (NAHP-e); Scott Ployer, Certified Green Professional of the Year (CGPM); Barbara Schmidt-Castro, Property Management Professional of the Year; Jose Brandao, Nationally Accredited Housing Maintenance Supervisor of the Year (NAHMS); Martha North, Resident Services Professional of the Year and The Moorings at Squantum Gardens, New England Community of Quality – Exemplary Development for the Elderly.
