Braintree and Attleboro, MA (April 17, 2023) – Peabody Resident Services (PRS), an affiliate of The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms is pleased to announce the promotion of Alan Rias of Attleboro, Massachusetts to Resident Services Portfolio Director.
In this role, Rias, who previously held the title of Resident Services Coordinator, is responsible for program development and oversight of a focused portfolio of affordable housing communities.
A member of the Peabody Resident Services team since 2014, Rias holds a Bachelor’s degree from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama.
