A group of residents from The Moorings at Squantum Gardens – a 223-unit senior living community located in Marina Bay – recently celebrated Valentine’s Day with sweet treats, hot chocolate and a festive arts and crafts project.
In response to a call for submissions from the Ruckersville Elementary School in Virginia, the residents crafted special Valentine’s Day cards as part of a unique project designed to help students improve their mapping skills by tracking the locations where the cards were sent from. The Moorings residents included historical information about Quincy, a map of the city and a description of the property in their cards.
