Misty Pisani Honored for Commitment to Resident Services
Randolph resident, Misty Pisani, was recently recognized by the New England Resident Services Coordinators, Inc. (NERSC) for her superior performance in administering and advancing services for residents of rental housing.
Pisani received the NERSC Excellence in Services Award at the 17th annual NERSC Conference, held at the Stowe Mountain Lodge in Stowe, Vermont. NERSC is a nonprofit organization providing quality training, professional development and networking opportunities through annual conferences for real estate professionals.
A Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) at Charlesview Residences in Brighton, Massachusetts since 2013, Pisani works with residents, owners and the management team daily to ensure that residents receive the services they need to live comfortably. Charlesview Residences is a 240-unit housing community managed by full-service real estate firm, Peabody Properties, Inc.
According to Peabody Properties Vice President of Affordable Housing, Laurie McGrath, the NERSC Excellence in Services Award is a testament to Pisani’s dedication to the firm, the industry and, most importantly, to the Charlesview community. “Every day, Misty goes above and beyond to ensure that our residents are happy, healthy and comfortable,” said McGrath. “We are proud that Misty has been recognized for her dedication and commitment with this most prestigious award.”
