Renewed Focus on Programs and Services for Residents

Peabody Properties, Inc. was recently selected as the management firm of Roxse Homes, a community of 346 apartment homes located on Tremont Street at the intersection of Boston’s Roxbury and South End neighborhoods.

Close to 80 Roxse Homes residents attended a meet and greet celebration at the property that included a buffet dinner from Merengue Restaurant, celebratory cake, raffle and remarks from representatives of the Roxse Homes’ ownership, Roxse Tenants Council and Peabody Properties.

According to Carmen Storms, resident of Roxse Homes for more than 40 years and a member of the Roxse Tenants Council, Peabody Properties will offer many essential services to Roxse Homes residents.

“We respect Peabody Properties’ expertise in the affordable housing industry and value their ability to access community resources and develop supportive programs for our residents,” said Storms. “This is the beginning of a successful partnership in the Roxbury community.”
