Our Facilities Management Team is comprised of highly-skilled professionals from multiple technical disciplines who are devoted to the integration and coordination of all business support services relating to PPI client properties.
Working closely with Regional and On-site Property Managers, they ensure that our client properties are operated in an optimal, safe and cost effective environment. Above all, the most important responsibility of the Facilities Management Team concerns the adherence to PPI’s Standards of Excellence in both Housing Quality and Property Management Business Practices. To that end, our Facilities Department has developed and implemented an internal inspection system that was designed to the model of HUD’s Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC), but in practice exceeds the standards of that program.
