Braintree, MA (October 7, 2016) – Full-service real estate firm Peabody Properties, Inc. today announced that The Lofts at 30 Pine – an affordable apartment community located in Gardner, Massachusetts – was recently recognized at the 16th annual Rental Housing Association Multifamily Conference and Expo with the Community of Excellence Award in the “Specialty, Affordable” category.
Each year, during a special awards ceremony, the Rental Housing Association (RHA) of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB) – an organization representing owners and managers of more than 120,000 multifamily units across the Commonwealth – honors the achievements of real estate professionals and recognizes superior communities. The Community of Excellence Award in the “Specialty, Affordable” category is presented to properties that have demonstrated service to residents and the community and that successfully perform within the market area.
The Lofts at 30 Pine, developed by EA Fish Development, LLC and leased and managed by Peabody Properties, is located in the historic downtown section of Gardner and features 55 one, two and three bedroom apartment homes. Amenities available to residents include a fitness center, a lounge room with billiards, fireplace and caterer’s kitchen; laundry services on every floor, a pool, playground and barbeque area.
According to Adriana Guzzo, Senior Marketing Director for Peabody Properties, having The Lofts at 30 Pine recognized by the RHA is an example of Peabody Properties’ commitment to quality, affordable housing. “The Community of Excellence award acknowledges the property’s transformation from an historic mill building to beautiful loft style apartments and is a great accomplishment for the company, its staff and the community it serves. We congratulate the development and marketing and leasing team on this well-deserved award,” said Guzzo.
