Braintree, MA (March 31, 2023) – Megan Stejskal, director of compliance at The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, participated in a recent virtual panel discussion on Affirmative Fair Housing compliance presented by the Boston chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
Stejskal addressed the Affordable Fair Housing Marketing Plans and Tenant Selection Plans during the March 30th panel discussion at the CREW Housing and Community Development Committee virtual event. She was joined by Ilene Podgur Vogel, director of real estate with North Shore Community Development Coalition, and Karmen Cheung, senior developer for Pennrose, LLC.
Stejskal, who joined the Peabody Companies in June of 2022, holds numerous professional certifications, including NCHM-Certified Occupancy Specialist, NAHRO Public Housing Manager-Certified Specialist, NCHM-Certified Occupancy Specialist-Advanced, NCHM- Management and Occupancy Review Specialist, and NAHB-HCCP Certified Compliance Professional.
