
Peabody Properties Principal and CEO Karen Fish-Will Named 2015 Distinguished Achievement Awardee
Full-service real estate management firm, Peabody Properties, Inc., today announced that Principal and Chief Executive Officer, Karen Fish-Will, was recently honored by B’nai B’rith Housing at the 2015 Distinguished Achievement Award Event in Boston.
B’nai B’rith Housing is a nonprofit developer of affordable housing for seniors and families and a regional division of B’nai B’rith International, a worldwide Jewish community service organization and the largest national Jewish sponsor of federally subsidized housing for seniors of all religious denominations and social and cultural backgrounds in the United States.
Each year, the Distinguished Achievement Award recognizes a leader in the community who has demonstrated a commitment to providing quality affordable housing. Fish-Will, a licensed real estate broker with more than 35 years of industry experience, has served as Principal and Chief Executive Officer at Peabody Properties since 2011 and has been associated with Peabody Properties since 1981. Fish-Will focuses on the pre-development, development and marketing of newly formed communities, including newly constructed, rehabilitated and expanded properties, and preserved historic buildings. Currently, Peabody Properties manages over 10,000 units of housing in New England, New Jersey and Florida.
